"There is nothing I believe in more than improving well being through exercise." Since the age of 12, Anson has been fascinated with sports and nutrition. He has always been involved in sports, concentrating on football. In 2007, he placed top 100 in the Nike SPARQ Junior Football Combines. He specializes in sports conditioning, as well as speed and agility training. Training high school football players, Anson understands that even at a young age, it is vital to be fit and healthy for life performance. His motto is, "Train hard to play hard!"

Jill Hanson

Fitness Coach

Jill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Wellness with an emphasis in Nutrition from Arizona State University.  She is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine.  Jill ran cross-country and track throughout her high school career.  During her time at ASU, she interned at Arizona State University Community Health Clinic, where she worked under an Outreach Nurse.  During her internship, she created a fitness program for Macy’s Women’s Health Fair, which centered around educating employees on how to stay active throughout their workday.  Prior to joining the Fitness Together team, Jill worked in Arizona as a Physical Therapy Aide, where she gained hands-on experience and knowledge to both maximize patients’ functional capabilities and prevent injury.

Jill has a passion for sharing methods to prevent and reverse disease, as well as improve overall health.  By valuing individualized approaches toward specific needs, she strives to help all of her clients reach their goals by achieving their optimal state of being.  She believes that balance, through physical activity and healthy eating habits, is the key to leading a healthy lifestyle.

As Jill’s personal hero, U.S. Olympic runner Steve Prefontaine, once said, “Success isn’t how far you got, but the distance you traveled from where you started.”
