Fit and Fabulous Productions Presents the new Get Fit or Go Home Group Workout!

 

Are you ready to lose that belly fat? gain some extra pounds over the holidays?

Classes will be heldon Fridays at 5pm and Sundays at 11am

Say goodbye to your old unchallenging routines and upgrade your work outs. Here is your chance to do it the right way.

Our workouts incorporate weight training and cardio.  All to get rid of the fat in those unwanted places. 

 

 

Men and Women are welcome. We don't discriminate!

 

All fitness levels welcome!  That's right, if you are a beginner you can do it too.

 

Please bring a towel, great energy, and BRING A FRIEND!

 

Classes will be heldon Fridays at 5pm and Sundays at 11am

 

No gym membership required.

$20  Per class. 

$15 if you are an existing Fitness Together client.

$15 If You bring a friend
