James Gaida
Owner/Nutrition Coach
James is a Certified Precision Nutrition Coach*, and has completed certifications as both a Specialist in Performance Nutrition (ISSA) and as a Certified Fitness Trainer (ISSA). He is very passionate about helping everyone from the high level athlete to the ordinary joe/jane eat to improve body composition, improve performance and improve health. James' coaching style is not to just give you a strict diet program to follow and see how it goes, but instead meet you at your current level, working with you to instil rock solid nutritional habits while keeping in mind your individual needs (lifestyle, family, health, allergies, competition schedule, tastes etc.). He has a strong background in supplementation and will also assist you with your sport supplement needs. James has more than 10 years experience as a fitness and nutrition coach and more than 3 years of experience working in the supplement industry.
Bart Onyszko
Owner
Bart is the owner of Fitness Together Calgary. Bart is passionate about endurance athletics and specifically cycling. He has over 16 years experience training clients.
Matt Onyszko
Trainer
Matt has over 7 years experience training clients. He is a graduate of the kinesiology faculty at UofC. Matt also is certified as a level 1 Poliquin instructor. He is very passionate about biomechanics and the science of fitness.
Chris Lemky
Personal Trainer
Chris is a competitive Olympic lifter. He is passionate about seeing his clients develop more athletic looking bodies to satisfy asthetic goals while being more effective at life's activities. He has over 5 years experience training clients.
Tim Haun
Personal Trainer
Tim has a degree in kinesiology. He has spent the previous 5 years playing professional hockey in the US and coaching young goalies in the off-season. Tim has more than 2 year of experience training clients.
Chris Novosad

Chris has over 6 years experience with training clients. He is very passionate about helping people to reach their fitness goals and providing solutions to be better equipped for the physical challenges of life.

Shaun has 3 years experience in the fitness industry. He is currently training to compete for his WBFF Pro card as a Fitness model, and excels in weight loss as well as Body composition training.
