Nutrition - Your nutrition must coincide with your goals. Optimal protein, fat and carbohydrate levels are critical to your success. A calorie is not a calorie!
Frequency – Increasing workout frequency throughout the week will make an impact on any goal. For optimal fat loss you should be doing 3-5 sessions a week of weight training.
Consistency – A goal worth striving for will take time to achieve. You have established proper nutritional habits and have committed to the optimal weekly workout frequency. Now the key is consistently practicing these habits until the goal is achieved.
Make the Decision – Pick your goal and then truly decide to see it through. Making the decision requires getting your nutritional plan, committing to optimal workout frequency and consistently carrying out the plan no matter what comes along to attempt to get in your way. When you have truly made the decision to achieve your goal there will be no excuses, only solutions.
