Steve Bertrand
Steve has been in fitness for over 20 years. Starting back in high school he was a member of his school's. Elite Fitness Team that was coached by a former Navy seal. There, Steve found his love for fitness, and learned that a physically fit body is built from the inside out. Steve joined the fitness industry over 5 years ago as a certified personal trainer, where he employs some of the very techniques that he learned back in high school. With a focus on calisthenics and core training, Steve shows his clients that their own body weight is the only tool they need to achieve optimal fitness. His workouts are tough and will push you pass any limits you can imagine.
I have over 5 years experience.

Marlo ZuaZua
Born and raised in Los Angeles, I have over 20 years of dance and exercise fitness under her belt. I started out tap dancing at the age of 5, then teaching dance and aerobics by the age of 16. She then progressed into performing at amusement parks and with dance companies across the country. I enjoy training all ages and fitness levels from ages 8 to seniors. The transition to personal training came naturally and effortlessly, lending all those years of discipline in the dance room to the weight room.
