Christopher Kolentsas
Trainer
Hello, my name is Chris Kolentsas and I am a trainer here at Fitness Together. The study of health and wellness are two of the great passions of my life that inspired me to obtain my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and my Master’s Degree in Strength and Conditioning. By practicing good nutrition and proper exercise we can help minimize the numerous ailments and diseases that are accompanied with aging as well as normal everyday life. I look forward to helping you facilitate your goals.

Daniel Goulet
Owner and Manager
Hello welcome to Fitness Together Bridgewater. My name is Dan Goulet. I am the proud owner and manager of Fitness Together Bridgewater. I grew up in Blackstone, MA. In 2003 I received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fitchburg State College. I have been personal training for over six years. Throughout my life I have been involved in sports. I have been playing hockey since the age of three. While playing high school and college hockey I was able to gain the knowledge needed to excel based on proper nutrition and personalized workout programs. I was quick to realize that fitness and nutrition were my passions. Now my passion is to help other people experience the same benefits I have received. I strongly believe that if a person is willing to do the work, the results will follow. Every day I look forward to working with the members at FT Bridgewater to help them achieve their health and fitness goals and improve their overall quality of life.
Kate Bertelli
Hello. My name is Kate, and I’m one of the trainers at Fitness Together, Bridgewater. I am a member of the National Council on Strength and Fitness, and have additional certifications in Sports Nutrition and Life Wellness. During the day, I am a middle school music teacher. I have an amazing opportunity to guide students through their daily lives and interactions with others through music. In the evenings, I am a personal trainer and coach. I have another amazing opportunity to coach people in understanding and achieving a positive interaction with their body and food. My aspiration is to continue with a masters program in a health and wellness field so I can continue to enhance my skills in working with and helping people.

Anthony D’Amico

Well hello, my name is Anthony and I am a trainer here at FT Bridgewater. I have a master's degree in strength and conditioning from Bridgewater State and I am currently pursuing a PhD in exercise physiology at Springfield College. I am a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA. I have worked in a variety of fitness settings and have been with Fitness Together for 3 years. I developed a passion for exercise and nutrition while trying to enhance my own performance as a college wrestler at Bridgewater where I was a team captain and an academic all-American. The most satisfying part of my job is watching clients gradually discover how rewarding and life-changing consistent exercise and a healthy diet can be.

Caitlin Chappell

Hello my name is Caitlin. I am a graduate of National Personal Training Institute. I am currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Exercise science with a minor in nutrition. I have been personal training for the past five years. I was overweight as a child and young teenager, which motivated me to become involved with fitness at a young age. I know how much hard work and dedication goes into maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Using this knowledge I believe I can work with the clients at FT Bridgewater to achieve their goals.
