I've been working out at Fitness Together in Brandon since July and I absolutely love it. Kenya and Brittany are great and have made me really push myself beyond what I thought I could do. They are constantly challenging me and changing my routines, so it is always something new and fun. They have also helped me monitor my nutrition and now I'm much more conscious about my eating habits and what I put in my body. If you're wanting someone to push you and encourage you to make an awesome life change then I highly recommend Fitness Together.

I would consider myself very active and dedicated to working out, but for 3 ½ years I had been doing everything I knew and could think of and could not lose the weight and flab that I had gained. I tried every fad diet, every exercise that people said would help me lose the weight, I even started running, because I thought it would help me to slim down. But it was not until I went to Fitness Together and started working out with Brittany that I saw a difference in my body. One of the first things that I realized was that I was not pushing myself and I really could do more than what I was doing. I brought my food journal into Brittany and she asked me to start keeping up with my sodium intake, and to limit it to 1300 to 1500 mg. It was unbelievable the amount of sodium I was taking in; I never realized it nor knew it mattered. With the combination of someone pushing me, accountability on working out and turning in my food journal, I am seeing a difference that I had been trying to get by myself for years. I am grateful to Fitness Together, Brittany and Kenya for their help in accomplishing my goals.

I've had people train me in the past at gyms and it seemed like I was just another dollar sign in their mind. FT trainers actually care about your progress and will do just about anything to get your body and your mind where they need to be. It's not somebody screaming at you and calling you lazy...it's an environment of encouragement. On a personal note- I am wearing clothes that I haven't worn in months and I have a better understanding of how to workout. Fitness Together's trainers are life-changers and I encourage anyone who needs a lifestyle change to try FT!

Kim Zoog
Kim Zoog is a devoted FT client! She went from "below average" to "above average" in her overall level of fitness. With the help of Fitness Together she lost 21 lbs, 8% body fat, and 14.5 total body inches. Kim has tripled her strength and ran her first half marathon in Hawaii!!!

I train at FT Brandon three times a week and absolutely love it! I've had gym memberships over the years, but usually quit going after a few months. For me, having an appointment to work out, and a trainer to keep me accountable has made all the difference. Thanks to Brittany and Kenya, I'm much stronger, more fit, and wear clothes three sizes smaller than two years ago. I look forward to my third year as a FT client, and to what the new Aspire program will do for me.
Virginia Selden
Prior to Fitness Together, Virginia Selden was a "regular" at a local gym. She would attend weight training classes two to three times a week, but never saw results. Virginia's goal was not to lose weight, but to be healthy mentally and physically.
Virginia's mother was diagnosed with Osteoporosis and that was when she knew she needed to get serious about fitness. Virgina decided she wanted to have a professional fitness consultant working with her one-on-one and making sure she was exercising correctly to reach her goals, so she joined Fitness Together. When asked why she continues to train at FT Virginia said, "Exercising at FT helps me lower stress, there is NO intimidation! They know me as an individual and design my workout accordingly. I love that they do a new fitness assessment every 4-6 weeks and I love the atmosphere!" On Virginia's last fitness assessment, she scored higher than any (Brandon) Fitness Together client EVER!

My name is Tiffany Jenno and I've been coming to Fitness Together since January of this year. I've seen amazing results! I've always had a problem motivating myself to go to the gym. I never pushed myself, so I never saw the results I strived for. Since I've been coming to Fitness Together, the results have been outstanding! The trainers are very knowledgeable in the fitness industy and their tips & tricks have worked wonders for me. They work with me and for me to help me exceed my lifestyle goals. Also, Nutrition Together, their nutritional guide, has helped me tremendously with my eating habits. The lifestyle changes I have made not only help me feel better, but look better! I truly believe that if I had not joined Fitness Together, I would still be in the same slump I was in a year ago. There's nothing better that having a personal trainer on your side. I workout 4 times a week, Monday-Thursday, at Fitness Together in Brandon and do 30 minutes of cardio at home on Friday & Saturday. My name is Pam Moore. I'm from Clinton, MS. I've been training 3 x a week at Fitness Together since November 1, 2010. I have had gym memberships in the past, but never got the results that I've seen since joining FT. The trainers at Fitness Together really push you to your limits and beyond. I've been happy with my results and I'm looking forward to even more going forward. I've also enjoyed the Nutrition Together program that is offered at FT. In conjunction with my workouts, Nutrition Together has helped me look at what I should be putting into my body while FT workouts helped my physical appearance. Together with FT and their nutritional program, Nutrition Together, I'm starting to feel better. I'm glad to be a part of the Fitness Together program. It is a great group of trainers and new found friends.

I have been training at Fitness Together Brandon for about three years and love it! I have always had to make myself go to the gym but since joining Fitness Together it made it much easier for me being able to have a personal trainer and “standing appointment” three days a week. Back in September I had neck surgery and had to put my work outs on hold. During my recuperation time I lost a lot of muscle tone and gained some weight. Luckily in January my Doctor released me and I was able to return to FT. Within one short month of working out with the FT trainers, I lost 5 inches and began to gain my strength back. I feel that each and every week I am getting closer to the goals I am trying to meet and I am looking forward to being able to get back to my three day a week program. At Fitness Together the trainers always tailor your work out to meet your own personal needs and goals. I highly recommend that you give Fitness Together a try…. The trainers are there to motivate you and see that you exceed your goals!
