CRAIG COLLIER

Owner / Personal Trainer
Bearden and Farragut

Craig earned his B.S. degree from Auburn University and has worked in marketing and sales in Knoxville for the past 15 years. He is an International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) certified personal fitness trainer. Staying fit has been part of Craig’s lifestyle since playing multiple sports in high school. He continues to be locally active in sports, which helps him stay connected to the community. Craig believes that fitness is an important part of your overall health profile and that staying fit should be enjoyable.

Knoxville’s Fitness Together provides you with your own certified personal trainer who will train you in one of our private training suites. Craig’s goal is for you to feel welcome and cared for from the moment you walk through the door so that every client can successfully meet and exceed their fitness goals in an environment that is clean, safe, and enjoyable.

DAVE MABE

Personal Trainer, N.A.S.M., CPR/AED

Dave is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and maintains a CPR/First Aid certification through the American Heart Association. Prior to joining the Fitness Together team Dave spent the past 3 ½ years training in Knoxville and working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Dave moved to Knoxville after retiring from a career in the automotive industry where he achieved his own personal fitness goals and discovered his passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. At age 54, Dave is more and more convinced that a regular exercise routine is vital to maintaining one's quality of life. He leads by example and is excited about helping clients transform their lives by pursuing and exceeding their own fitness goals.

MANDY FORD

Trainer, A.C.S.M., CPR/AED

Mandy Ford earned her degree in exercise science in December 2010 from Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia. Not only was she a member of the cross country team in college, but Mandy also completed the Richmond Marathon in November. Her time was good enough to qualify her for the Boston Marathon, which she plans to run next March.

The Powhatan, Virginia, native says she started running in junior high to stay in shape for basketball season, but she fell in love with running because she competes with herself. At FT, she hopes to motivate her new clients to achieve their own personal bests. "Personal training is a very individualized process," she says. "Every person has different needs and motivations. I identify a person's goals and then personalize a program for that individual." When she's not working, Mandy loves spending time with her family and her boyfriend Trey, and she is dedicated to staying fit and healthy. You'll find her outdoors—hiking, biking, or simply lying on a blanket and reading a book.

DUSTIN LETT

Trainer, N.C.S.F., CPR/AED

Trainer Dustin Lett earned a dual degree in sociology and legal studies from The University of Tennessee, but he also holds an Associates Degree in Nutrition from Roane State Community College. The Powell native was a pitcher for the Vols before a shoulder injury ended his baseball career, but he continued to pursue his fitness goals as part of the Knoxville Track Club. Though he has years of experience as a personal trainer and coach, Dustin has one rule he never violates. “I don’t ask anybody to do anything I couldn’t or wouldn’t do,” he says. “From there, I adapt to the client’s needs and goals. I’m not a drill sergeant, but I’m not a push over either.” This fall, Dustin will continue taking classes and hopes to eventually become a lawyer. When he’s not working or studying, you’ll find him on the golf course or coaching his little brother on the baseball field.
