WHY LISA CHOSE THIS FIELD: I chose this field after losing my mother to a massive heart attack when she was only 50 years old. Her early death was a direct result of her lifestyle. My mission since then has been to help as many people as I possibly can, prevent that from happening to them and their loved ones.
FAVORITE ASPECT OF THE FITNESS/WELLNESS ATMOSPHERE: I love that it is a place where people can change their lives.
ANY WORKOUT, HEALTH, NUTRITION OR WELLNESS TIPS: It’s simple: exercise regularly, eat healthy foods in moderate portions and if you don’t know how to do these things seek the help of a health and fitness professional.

WHY PATRICK CHOSE THIS FIELD
I loved being active as a kid and participating in youth sports. In high school I was an all season athlete. After High school I enlisted in the Army and was exposed to very intense workout programs and mentored very athletic soldiers during my service.
Exercise has created a strong sense of discipline, drive, motivation, accountability, goal setting, and accomplishment in my life. I chose exercise as a career so I could help others live long and healthy lives.

Exercise has given me a great feeling of self-worth and accomplishment.

RELATED BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE: Ran cross country and track all four years in college. Not only did it keep Lana in great shape but it taught her discipline. She also feel as if it has been a huge accomplishment getting her body back after having her son.
