We are professionals with the best certifications and years of experience working with a range of clients: from seniors to youths and for those who have never exercised before, to those who want train for a triathlon.

We are here to take you from where you are to where you want to be - at your desired pace. We work as a team and it is likely that you will work with all of us at some point during your program.

Susan's philosphy is simple...make healthy lifestyle changes one step at a time. She helps her clients change by making lifestyle choices that affect them for a lifetime... educating and motivating them so that they attain realistic and satisfying fitness objectives.

She works with her clients to develop a fitness plan that is tailored to meet their wellness, health, and fitness needs. Each plan incorporates cardiovascular, strength training, flexibility and body composition while taking into consideration safety as a priority.

Antonio (Tony)

Lead Trainer Extraordinaire

ACE Certified Personal Trainer

Tony's passion for physical fitness was a driving force for him to pursue the profession of personal trainer. He is truly dedicated to improving the lives of his clients.

Tony designs fitness plans that focus on conditioning the mind, body and soul with balanced exercises incorporating the stretching and relaxation of yoga, the strength building of resistance training and the cardio blast from kick-boxing.

Tony is also a specialist in Gray Cook's movement screen which works with movement patterns in rehabilitative training situations.

Bret

Expert Personal Trainer

Bret has been training for over 10 years now and has a true cult following. His easy going personality puts his clients at ease and encourages them to be consistent and productive with their workouts. His sessions are focused and based on old-school tactics like hard work. He is an expert at understanding what motivates each of his clients and how to get the best from them.

Michael

Personal Trainer

NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Michael’s passion for strength and conditioning, as well as his strong desire to help people, were both major factors in his decision to become a personal trainer. He continually looks to learn and try new things, cultivating his knowledge of exercise science, and then passes that knowledge on to his clients.

Michael’s training style is based on hard work and is a mix of classic strength and conditioning combined with boot camp style exercises. He pushes his clients to do things that are out of their comfort level, while at the same time keeping things interesting and making sure they get the most out of their sessions. In conjunction with his client’s personal goals, he focuses on increasing cardiovascular function, strength, and core stability, for an overall health and body improvement.
