Ray Cattaneo, NASM-CPT
Owner
Ray has over 5 years of personal training experience and has been an avid researcher of nutrition and fitness for close to 10 years. He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He is certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and has guided many clients to their weight loss, fitness, and lifestyle change goals. Ray truly has a passion for helping others and will strive to bring out the best in each individual one step at a time.
Kila Hamilton, NSCA-CPT
Managing Partner/VP
Kila has been a personal trainer for over 14 years and is certified through NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and NFPT (National Federation of Personal Trainers). He is experienced in training a variety of clients and specializes in designing strength training and weight loss programs. He brings an artistic, choreographed approach to his training sessions. Fitness is his passion and he enjoys seeing the physical progress and changes in his clients. He thrives in helping clients achieve all their health and fitness goals.
Lonnell Clark, WITS-CPT
Lead Trainer
Lonnell has over 4 years of experience as a certified personal trainer through WITS (World Institute Training School). Over the years he has developed an array of training skills and has a creative, energetic training style. He strives to improve client’s confidence, which allows them to achieve their mental and physical goals. He has experience working with beginners as well as advanced clientele. He played basketball, football, and ran track in college, and has worked with athletes to improve agility, strength, and endurance. When it comes to helping a client reach their health and fitness goals, Lonnell's passion and determination is limitless!
Travis Nix, Cooper-CPT

Travis received his personal trainer certificate from the Cooper Institute, and has been a personal trainer for over 4 years. He has experience training a wide variety of clientele, and has a true passion for improving the way his clients look and feel. He is determined to motivate, educate, and guide each of his clients to achieve their health and fitness goals.
Jose Cuello, ACE-CPT
Certified Personal Trainer
A fitness enthusiast since childhood, Jose has always believed in the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and has been a personal trainer for 9 years. He is certified through ACE (American Council on Exercise) and has a strong athletic background as a former Mixed Martial Arts competitor. Jose is great at mixing proven training techniques, as well as creating a unique approach using functional exercises to reach client’s individual goals. He challenges and encourages his clients to surpass their physical and mental boundaries to meet their goals.
Sut Am, Cooper-CPT
Certified Personal Trainer
Sut has been a trainer for over 4 years. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas and received his personal training certification from The Cooper Institute. Sut has experience training many different clients and truly has a passion for helping his clients reach their goals.
