Client of the Month April 2012

From the first day Coach G started with Fitness Together, her mind was made up that she was going to make a life style change that involved committing to a consistent routine with a nutritious diet, ample amounts of cardio, along with strength and conditioning work outs.  Coach G has accomplished that and more over the past several months.  Her goals were to lose weight, gain muscle and become healthier.  Coach G, is right on track and showing no sign of wavering from all her goals.
