Julie Fitzsimmons is showing the real meaning of determination when it comes to her workouts and nutrition program. Since Julie’s start at Fitness Together; she has remained loyal to her goals of losing weight, gaining strength, eating healthier and doing endless amounts of cardio.
Julie has lost over 10lbs in a short time and reduced her body fat by 13%! Julie has shown an incredible amount of upper body strength, she now lifts an astounding 30lbs more on bench press than she originally started with. Julie has done a remarkable job of tripling her push-up total and increasing her sit-ups.
On behalf of the entire Fitness Together team we would like to congratulate Julie on her ongoing success. We are glad to be part of Julie’s wonderful changes and look forward to seeing even more great changes coming her way.
