JD is dedicated to living a healthy and rewarding lifestyle. “I enjoy challenging each client to bring out and utilize their full potential so they can live healthier and happier lives.” JD learned the importance of physical fitness as a member of the US Marine Corps. JD was responsible for training and keeping track of overall physical fitness for over 30 Marines at a time. Not only does JD love to keep his workouts challenging but also fun and exciting. JD has spent most of his life in the Tampa Bay area. Through hard work and dedication JD has excelled and become a tremendous athlete propelling him to the open division of beach volleyball through which he travels and competes.
Angie is a proponent of walking the talk. She is always learning new and natural ways of integrating whole body wellness into her own life, along with the lives' of her clients. Growing up in an environment that emphasized the importance of treating the body with care and respect instilled in her a curiosity and dedication to health and fitness. After spending the majority of her life as an athlete, she decided to turn her hobby into a career. In addition to a Personal Trainer Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, she also holds a Bachelors degree from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and a Masters degree from the University of South Florida. Angie enjoys running races from 5Ks to marathons to triathlons, as well as training with Crossfit, yoga, and Pilates. She believes that "moving the body correctly, the way it was meant to work, not only prevents injuries and increases strength, but also allows you to live a happier more abundant life".
Lucas is a native to the Tampa Bay area, and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. A stint at Illinois Wesleyan University taught Lucas to appreciate his home state, but also taught him something else. As a member of IWU’s football team, Lucas found a passion for exercise and wellness and knew that even when he left, he would always carry that with him. Now, as an AFTA certified trainer Lucas is dedicated to helping each client to reach their health and fitness goals. He loves his time working with people at becoming the best they can possibly be and that carries over from the gym to the football field. Lucas has served as a football coach at Calvary Christian High School and enjoys the opportunity to shape the awesome young men there while helping teach them a game he loves.
Denise has been a fitness and sports enthusiast all her life, playing high school and college basketball, coaching youth baseball and promoting a healthy lifestyle to friends and family. After leaving her corporate marketing job in Austin last year, Denise moved to Indian Rocks Beach to turn her passion into her new profession as a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist. Recognizing the time constraints of many clients, Denise enjoys writing creative programs that will help them achieve their fitness goals efficiently. When she is not working with clients, Denise enjoys swimming, biking and running the beach, as well as competing in racquetball tournaments around the Tampa area.
